Be respectful
- Treat every member with courtesy, in chat, offers, questions and reviews.
- No harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
- Disagree politely. If a conversation turns sour, step back and contact Support.
Be honest
- Describe tasks and your skills accurately. Use your real name and a real photo.
- Only apply for badges you genuinely hold. Faked documents lead to permanent removal.
- One account per person. Duplicate, shared or rented accounts are closed.
Keep it on TaskCoast
- Pay and get paid through TaskCoast so everyone is protected.
- Don't share phone numbers, emails or social handles in public places like questions and offers. Use private messages after a task is assigned.
- Don't ask members to cancel and rebook off the platform.
Keep it safe and legal
- Follow the law, copyright rules and each platform's terms for the work.
- No tasks that put people at risk. See our posting rules for what isn't allowed.
- Respect privacy: don't record calls or screen shares without consent, and never share private information or data you were given for a task.
Quick tasks and campaigns
- Only use social accounts you own, and follow each platform's rules.
- Submit genuine proof. Edited, reused or borrowed screenshots are rejected and can lead to suspension.
- Campaign creators must ask for honest engagement only. Paying for fake positive reviews is not allowed.
What happens if rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, our team may remove content, reduce a quick task allowance, suspend an account for a set time, freeze withdrawals while we review, or close the account. We explain the reason, and you can appeal through Support.
Something not right?
Report it or ask our team. We read every message.
