A friendly place keeps people coming back
Communities grow when someone is around to answer questions and keep things kind. A moderator covers the hours you can't, including nights and weekends in other time zones.
Write down the rules
Share your community rules, what counts as spam and when to warn, mute or ban. Clear rules make moderation fair and consistent.
Give the right permissions
Give moderators only the roles they need, and keep owner access for yourself. Review permissions when the task ends.
