Do I have to send a product?

For physical products, yes. Agree how it gets to the creator before you accept an offer. Apps and online services can be shared with a link.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Agree on the number of revisions upfront, and keep feedback specific, like the opening line or the length.

How do I pay UGC creators on TaskCoast?

When you accept an offer, the agreed price moves from your wallet into secure escrow. The tasker is only paid when you release the payment after the job is done. Keep payments on TaskCoast so your money stays protected.

Is it free to post a task?

Yes. Posting a task and receiving offers is free. Taskers pay a small service fee when they are paid, and that fee is always shown upfront.

What if something goes wrong?

Message the tasker first, most issues are sorted quickly. If you can't agree, use Get help with this task on the task page and our team will review both sides before any money moves.

Real people sell better

UGC feels like a friend's recommendation, not an ad. Creators film on their phones in their own homes, so the content looks natural in a feed.

Write a simple brief

Say what the video is for, the length and format, the key points to mention and anything to avoid. Share a reference clip you like. Then let the creator speak naturally.

Rights and disclosure

Agree where you'll use the videos and for how long. If a creator posts on their own account, it must be clearly marked as paid or gifted, as each platform requires.
